The house was designed as a family home that is situated in a picturesque area. Finishing the facade with untreated concrete is the way for harmonious combining the building with surrounding landscape. Such a solution, taking into account the simple forms of the building, could make it rather heavy, but we added visual lightness to it by “tearing off” the columns from the base of the roof and highlighting it. Even more space was added due to the open terrace and garage. We used wood both in decorative and functional details. Panoramic glazing from the east, south and west sides of the house became the final chord of design.
